2010 SMSA Representatives meeting schedule:
- Monday February 1st (minutes posted):
* Election of new Officers (continuation of Annual Meeting)
* Propsed By-Law changes. Please review
* Discussion of dates for SMSA events (Saltonstall, Cummings, Gill, Nash, Jones)
* Discussion of Team Racing format. 2010 format to be discussed at March 29th meeting.
* Grand Prix. Two proposals to be discussed at the March 1 meeting
* Conference Call. We will switch to a non-toll free number for the next con call. details to follow on this site.
Monday March 1st - CANCELLED
Monday March 29th- Monday April 19th
- Monday May 10th
All calls start at 7 pm and run for about 1 hour.
(New call in # and passcode will be posted and e-mailed out soon)
There will be a call for Program Directors, Head Instructors, and Racing Coaches in Late May. Time and date: TBD

It will be the responsibility of each club and organization to have at least one person on the official SMSA e-mail list.
